Playing along with the Catered Crop "Follow-the-Recipe" challenge is a piece of cake! You don't have to use the same brand names and you don't have to use all the ingredients. Just pick a few ingredients and then add your own spices to cook up something uniquely yours.
- Pattern Paper – Plaids or Stripes
- Colors – Spring, pastel colors
- Stamps – bunny rabbits, flowers (especially violets)
- Color Mediums – Copic markers, printer's ink (yep, it's a digital image)
- Embellishments – pearls, ribbon, felt, flowers
- Tools – Circle, lace, doily, flower, or curly flourish punches or die cuts
- Techniques – highlighting around an image, handmade or rolled flower embellishments, tying bows
- Theme – Spring, Easter, Birthday
- Shapes – Circles, lace and doilies, curly flourishes.

ReplyDeleteand btw, about the ribbon corousal -- i clicked on the link after i'd posted it....and saw that the blogger who showed it hadn't actually make it herself. it's too complicated for me to make -- i just like the idea of putting the ribbons on a spool type instead of the other ideas for ribbon storage i've seen before. thanks for the coupon code though :)
