FTR7 and TSG97 Precious Moments

Hey everyone!! It has been a very busy week!! But I'm back with a pretty stair step card for this week's Catered Crop FTR7 and TSG97 "Get Krafty" Challenge.

Playing along with the Catered Crop "Follow-the-Recipe" challenge is a piece of cake! You don't have to use the same brand names and you don't have to use all the ingredients. Just pick a few ingredients and then add your own spices to cook up something uniquely yours.

  • Pattern Paper – Plaids or Stripes
  • Colors – Spring, pastel colors
  • Stamps – bunny rabbits, flowers (especially violets)
  • Color Mediums – Copic markers, printer's ink (yep, it's a digital image)
  • Embellishments – pearls, ribbon, felt, flowers
  • Tools – Circle, lace, doily, flower, or curly flourish punches or die cuts
  • Techniques – highlighting around an image, handmade or rolled flower embellishments, tying bows
  • Theme – Spring, Easter, Birthday
  • Shapes – Circles, lace and doilies, curly flourishes.
Aren't these the cutest bunnies?!!  They are from the newly released There She Goes stamp set Good Times.  Our sponsor is at FTR is Benzie Bazaar and let me tell you, I ordered a TON of their felt and used 7 different colors on this card! :D  Here it is from the side...you can see the clouds better....

And see the boy bunny is bringing the girl bunny his heart.  SO CUTE!!
  • Pattern Paper – Springtime by Echo Park (green), Pebbles (sky)
  • Colors – Spring, pastel colors, KRAFT cardstock for the TSG challenge
  • Stamps – bunny rabbits - TSG Good Times
  • Color Mediums – Copic markers, Memento Tuxedo Black
  • Embellishments – FELT from our sponsor Benzie Bazaar, Mini Bling from TE
  • Tools – MFT, PTI, TE Dies
  • Techniques – no real techinques this time....hmmm.....
  • Theme – Spring, Easter, Birthday
  • Shapes – Circle on the sun
We can't wait to see what you cook up.   See you Monday with another TSG challenge. :D

hi there! cute card! love the colouring :)
and btw, about the ribbon corousal -- i clicked on the link after i'd posted it....and saw that the blogger who showed it hadn't actually make it herself. it's too complicated for me to make -- i just like the idea of putting the ribbons on a spool type instead of the other ideas for ribbon storage i've seen before. thanks for the coupon code though :)

I saw this over on the Catered Crop blog and had to drop by. Your card is amazing. I love your use of felt, stitching and the marvelous dimension. I am now a follower of your blog.
