I made a background with varying thicknesses of PTI black and white cardstock and mounted them on a cardfront. I then stamped my focal sentiment with ROY G BIV colors using ink pads direct to the stamp and sponge daubers to soften the lines. I used a Wink of Stella Clear Brush to add a touch of shimmer to the large words in the sentiment. Hard to photograph, but it looks so pretty IRL.
I die cut the sentiment out with the Mix & Mat: Herringbone die. To "frame" the sentiment, I used black glitter paper and the Mix & Mat: Postal Die. I cut off the side slightly to allow the framed sentiment to sit slightly off the side for more visual interest.
I popped the sentiment up on white craft foam, adhered the framed sentiment and used a ton of enamel dots from my stash. (I LOVE enamel dots....for reals as my 4 year old nephew would say! LOL)
