TSG Cutie Pi Blog Hop Challenge!

Hey there everyone!Today kicks off the first day of Blog Hop Challenges from There She Goes! This month there will be 4 days of hops and you're gonna LOVE each and every one of them, so let's get started!
Melyssa and her ADORABLE characters are back this month with another SUPER AWESOME set!! Whether making a card for a boy or girl, young or old, this set will be PERFECT for congratulating them on a job well done, or letting them know how you REALLY feel! Scientifically speaking, it’s the perfect SOLUTION.
Cutie Pi is a 4x8 set that includes a total of 14 stamps and will sell for $18.

Today also kicks off TSG's Sponsorship of the Ribbon Carousel Challenge And we're making it SUPER easy on y'all....it's anything goes this week!
I decided to do something different this time.  I made a set of magnets for the fridge that would be easy to replicate in no time at all.  There are just so many cute sayings that I wanted to be able to use all of them!

First I assembled the supplies:  Bottle Caps with magnets, A Boy's Life Paper Pad, 1 3/4" Circle Punch, Memento Ink, Copics and the lush and fabulous May Arts Twine (coming to the Ribbon Carousel this week)!  Then got to work making some magnets.  Punch paper, stamp and color, add Diamond Glaze, gently add the twine.

And Voila, adorable magnets for the fridge that reinforce positive thinking for the kids!

Would you like to win the new Cutie Pi stamp set? Here is what you need to do- visit the Trendsetter’s blogs that are participating in each of the blog hop challenges and comment on their creations as you go. One of the Trendsetter’s blogs (from each hop day) will be randomly chosen as the ‘it’ blog and a winner will be picked using a random number generator from the comments left on that Trendsetter’s Blog Hop Challenge post.

You will not know which blog has been chosen so the more you comment on the better your chances are of winning new stamps! The Blog Hop Challenges will be open until 5 PM Eastern Time Saturday, April 28th.

World's Best/ World's Best Die Blog Hop Challenge!

Welcome back to the final day of TSG's sneak peeks!  This versatile and fun stamp set, World's Best, with coordinating dies available, is the first in a series!
With amazingly detailed flowers, ribbons and sentiments, you’ll be celebrating ALL of the important people in your life! The line art and solid images allow for stamping only or coloring, while the tails and ribbons can easily become stems. The circle image coordinates with a 1” circle punch. With so many design possiblilities, this is a must have stamp set for your collection. Co illustrated by Melyssa Connolly and Jessica Knutsen.

World’s Best is a 6x8 sized stamp set that includes 58 images and will sell for $24.
****************************

To make your dies more versatile and useable, we have designed this 5 piece die collection a must-have addition. The Prize Ribbon/Flower dies fit all of the coordinating stamp images from World’s best. You can make flowers with with stems and leaves or celebrate your child’s first spelling test with a prize ribbon cut from the same dies. Layer the ribbon with a 1.25” punched circle for more layering possibilities. The 5 dies come as one unit making storage a breeze.

World’s Best Die is a set of 5 dies with the largest die measuring at 1.75 in. in diameter and will sell for $14.50.

Now we get to the good stuff!  I used this week's Sweet Stop Sketch126 and the Little Boy Collection by Echo Park to make this card for Dylan. (He did great on his Oral Book Reports in Language Arts!)  I LOVE this Stamp Set and Dies.  There are so many different ways to use the stamp set that it's almost impossible to choose just one.

Here's a TIP: The A-Z and 123 stamp set coordinates perfectly with the banner stamps.  The 3/4" circle and letters fit perfectly with the World's Best banner stamps.  Yes, Jessica is tricky like that! And all you need is a 3/4" punch and some Blueberry Divine Twine from Ribboncarousel.com to make a banner like mine. :D

I stamped the focal image ribbon on DP and die cut it out.  I punched a 1" circle and stamped the focal sentiment.  For depth, I added a little shading with my Copics (B97,93) and VOILA...an adorable card to celebrate Dylan's great start to the school year!

Oh my goodness, WE"VE GOT DIES!!! I am so over the moon about this that my card is actually done 5 hours early!!! I used these adorable pinecones off the tree out front.  Isn't that FABULOUS?!  I colored the bucket with my Copics to match the gorgeous Maple Grove paper from We R Memory Keepers.

There are 3 different challenges in my post today! The first is Monday's challenge, to "Make a Paper Doll" using any of the TSG images.
I chose my all time favorite stamp set...Domestic Goddess. I paper-pieced her with 9 different pieces and 4 different patterned papers! I'm diggin' the yellow gloves!  I finished her up with Y21,23,26 for the hair, E50,01,13 for her skin and W7,5 for her shoes. A little R21 for lips and BG11 for her eyeshadow and she's one hot lookin' Domestic Goddess!

Tuesday's challenge is to take your Paper Doll "Out on the Town",so we headed on out to our favorite shopping place....Target. This domestic goddess was all about the cleaning product aisle (LOVE me some PINE-SOL)!
And for the last challenge, well, you're gonna have to scoot on over to the TSG blog HERE to figure that one out! :)  Happy Birthday TSG and Jessica! And a big THANKS to all of the wonderful people who have made TSG such a great success!! See you tomorrow for more TSG fun!

TSG is turning 3!

It's so hard to believe that TSG is celebrating its THIRD birthday! TSG wouldn't be what it is today without all of their supporters, cheerleaders and customers so to celebrate, TSG is going to be giving you presents all month long :)

FIRST: Do you love a sale? How about one that last an entire month?? How about one that applies to ALL products in the store?! That's right! Simply enter the code tsgbirthday3 in the box located in your TSG shopping cart and you will receive 15% off of your entire order all month long no matter how many times you order!!

SECOND: All month long (except for release week) TSG will be hosting fun challenges on the TSG blog Monday-Friday with prizes being given for each of those challenge days! Participate all month long to increase your odds of winning :)

THIRD: The Trendsetters will also be taking turns on giving away mini stamp sets on their blogs. You will know who is giving away goodies by spotting this icon on their TSG blog post. All you need to do is leave a comment on that post and the blog owner will choose a winner using a random number generator from the post on October 1st which gives you  more than enough time to track down all of the mini set blog posts!
Well that's all for now.  I'll be back tomorrow with an adorable card!  Till then...go get crafty!!

RCC18 Halloween Kitty

Hey everyone! It's Tuesday which means.....a new Ribbon Carousel challenge!  And you know I love the sponsor this week....Jessica Knutsen and There She Goes Clear Stamps!  This week, for RCC18, Jessica is challenging us to use more than one spooled item.
And coincidentally,Jessica is heading the TSG122 challenge this week as well.  The TSG challenge is to make a One-Layer-Card (OLC) and POP up your image.  So I decided to combine the challenges and this is what I came up with.....

I did a 1/4" border around my card base, added a sneak peek ribbon from the new "Monthly Ribbon Kit" that will debut right on the RCC page and in the Ribbon Carousel store next week. (Announcement to be made next TUESDAY!) The baker's twine is the second spool item for the challenge.

I popped up the little halloween kitty from the Cattitude stamp set, paper-piecing with 3 different papers, and put it on top of a Midnight Felt Shape from CTMH.
The We R Memory Keepers brad was a bit dull, so I decorated it with some CTMH bling.  And voila, I'm getting ready for the holiday season to begin!  We'd love you to join us at both challenges...so go get crafty, and we'll see you back here later this week.

Pumpkins on a Vine Blog Hop Challenge

Hey everyone! Welcome to the last day of There She Goes "sneak peek" Blog Hop Challenges. If you're hopping with us, you should have come from Christine's amazing blog.  If not, you can begin the hop over at the TSG blog!
It’s almost time for the seasons to change and Torico has illustrated some adorable little girls just in time for autumn! The images in this set were sized so that they can also be used with other stamp sets from Torico’s line for even more versatility.  Oh my goodness, is there ANYTHING Torico cannot do?! I am so in love with all of these stamps...CA-UTENESS!!

Pumpkins On A Vine is a 4x6 set that includes a total of 15 stamps and will sell for $15.

I used some new CTMH fall papers, die cut some labels, fall leaves and a medallion. I just love how fall is all about layers and wanted to evoke that feeling on my card.  I colored the girl with Copics and paper pieced her dress.
To get that same misty feeling as the DP, I used my Air Compressor and Copics in 3 different colors on the sentiment panels.  A few embellies and Vintage Seam Binding complete the card. This is one beefy card! No regular envelope for this one!

I used the bottom row elements from this week's Crazy 4 Challenges C4C101.

Would you like a chance to win the Pumpkins On A Vine stamp set? Here’s what you need to do- go to each of the Trendsetter’s Blogs and leave a comment on their Pumpkins On A Vine Blog Hop Challenge post. After you have finished checking out the eye candy and have left some love, return to the TSG Blog and add your name to the Mr. Linky at the bottom of this Blog Hop Challenge post. A winner will be chosen randomly using a random number generator to receive their very own Pumpkins On A Vine stamp set. The winner will be announced Saturday Aug. 27th during the Release Party Chat.

Now hop on over to Danielle's amazing blog for more goodness!
